Urbis has been commissioned to project manage the planning approval for the redevelopment of the Brisbane Racing Club’s facilities at Eagle Farm and Doomben. Urbis is also undertaking the Economic Impact Assessment for the retail and commercial uses on the site, a Social Impact Assessment and also community consultation.
Specifically the development will result in the redevelopment of the two racetracks to contemporary and world class standards complemented by a mix of residential, retail, commercial and community land uses. The project will deliver a state-of-the-art racing surface with major upgrades to the track cambering, drainage, reinforced sand profile and grass surface.
