A residents lounge, pool, gym and entertaining facilities crown the building, set against an extensive background of coastline.
Tapestry, the 22-level project on the east-side of Chevron Island at 39 Darrambal Street, was developed by the Brisbane-based Siera Group, with designs by local architecture firm, BDA, whose brief was to merge art with architecture.
The result is a striking building of 113 apartments, featuring a mixture of vertical blade walls and horizontal slab edges which respond to available views and natural light.
Tapestry offers a mix of two and three-bedroom residences, with floorspace of up to 124 sqm, crowned with some of the most impressive amenity on the Coast with a resort-style swimming pool with day beds, a spa, and a pool deck, as well as a barbecue and alfresco area encased in lush landscaping and an edible garden.
Aligning with the Gold Coast City Council’s efforts to make Surfers Paradise an arts and cultural hub, Siera also engaged local artist Tania Blanchard to create a piece of artwork that will hang in the lobby when completed.
Delivered by ASF Group, The AU is a collection of just 12 exclusive full-floor ocean-view ‘sky homes’ and two opulent three-level penthouses.
Sitting on the sought-after Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, the 19-storey tower features natural stone benchtops, and gold fixtures and finishes throughout.
With a façade made almost entirely of golden glass, each apartment offers clear panoramic views of the Surfers Paradise beach, the ideal outlook on your special day-in.
The whole-floor residences are approximately 255 sqm in size, offering four or three-bedrooms + MPR, with each featuring a private lift lobby, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, and vast living and dining spaces.
