Ray White auctioneer Haesley Cush said even homes that failed to sell on Saturday were seeing strong activity.
“We had some great results on the day and those that were passed in were still quite competitive and came very close to a result on the day,” he said.
Mr Cush said another home at 2 Tahini Court, Bald Hills sold under the hammer for $413,000.
Throughout the day mid to high-end homes continued to see sell well.
A house at 72 Petmar St, The Gap sold through Everton Park First National for $840,000 while 10 Derby St, Coorparoo sold through Place Coorparoo for $889,500.

Place agent Megan O’Leary said the Coorparoo auction had been particularly active.
“We had three registered bidders and thankfully all three put their hands up and were active which was led to such a specific price,” she said.
“The eventual winner was a phone bidder who was very happy to have picked up the home after only seeing it for the first time last week.”
But Auctioneer Jason Andrew, of Jason Andrew Group said half his scheduled properties on the weekend had sold prior to auction.
“With the interest rate dropped we’re seeing a lot more homes selling prior because buyers are worried about competition,” he said.
“With the Sydney and Melbourne market so overheated, Brisbane is going to be on the radar for a lot of international buyers as well so people are getting in quick.”
