Lantona to launch Oxy in Stones Corner
R&W Projects will this month launch an eight-storey development of 60 apartments by Lantona, in Stones Corner. This development will offer 15 one-bedroom apartments, 41 two bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments.
One bedrooms are priced from $389,000 on 56 sqm, two bedrooms from $514,500 for 78 sqm and three bedrooms from $695,000 for 101 sqm.
Buyers of the three bedroom apartments will be offered the option to work with Lantona’s interior designer to customise interiors to their personal choice.
Lantona Managing Director Andrew Hanna says Oxy has been designed to cater to the needs and desires of young professionals who are drawn to the village atmosphere that is transforming the inner-Brisbane suburb.
“Stones Corner is right on the cusp of becoming Brisbane’s most fashionable new suburb,” says Mr Hanna.
“It’s got a great village vibe, a real sense of community and the Brisbane City Council’s neighbourhood plan for the area is only going to enhance that.
“Development has to comply with strict height and bulk limitations and that suits us fine. We are focused on the owner-occupier market and these buyers prefer a boutique scale apartment where the finishes and build quality can be assured.”
R&W Projects Director Owen Moore says Oxy ticks all the boxes for buyers wanting to buy a sound investment off the plan.
“If you look to Lantona’s previous developments, such as Maddison at Indooropilly, you can see the quality of the build and attention to detail that they bring to their projects. The fact that the developer is also the builder gives an extra layer of assurance to buyers.
“With its high level of finishes and detail Oxy is very much targeted at the owner-occupier market but the pricing is going to make it equally appealing to investors who want an apartment that will attract a good rental and a quality tenant.”
Oxy has been designed by Brisbane architectural studio Ellivo and features a rooftop garden, entertaining level and city views.
All apartments will feature floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to timber-finished balconies.
